On config mode, USB OTG waits for config. Writes it to Flash Chip
On boot:
- Config : Reads Flash Chip Config Area, Writes to SRAM (with CRC)
On probe
- Probe : Writes to Flash Chip Log Area.
- Timestamp : Get Time from Cell Tower.

On send:
- SMS: “Encrypt” Log.
