Calculator installation

@Aiduan For the 2nd workshop the installation process was as follow:

  • A fresh build of the calculator was served from a webserver (kWS) on a smart phone with a hotspot activated. (this is not a trivial install and requires intermediate systems and network skills). The iPads were configured with the Frameless app and connected to the android webserver with a fixed IP.

If the iPads have frameless installed and have access to the internet then opening https://ech.iilab.org should use the latest version, but it's not guaranteed that if the iPads loose connectivity or if they are turned off that the site would stay in memory.
